I have received your mail, now the western union money transfer I told you about is a department in the bank that they use in transferring money all over the world.

Hello Geddon,
I rememberd I told you that I will send you the signed Certificate on monday,but due to the public holiday and celebration of my country's Independence every first and second of October will make the lawyer not to do the official job.
Now,the lawyer was suppose to go and collect the money on tuesday after public holiday,but he said that he has a case to attend on tuesday and wednesday,now he said he will go and collect the money on thursday of the same week.
And the signed Certificate will get to you on friday.
Base on my confirmation and findings the Governor of African Development Bank has programmed the money for transfer by the end of this October 2006.
